Hello guys and Merry Xmas to all,
I am looking for a kind of glue with good expanding properties. I need to use it for repair a broken fibre carbon rod. Normally I use a two parts epoxy glue but in this case the parts are too much loose and I want try to fill gap with glue properties. Ciao Thank you for your support Marco Cellini Re: Glue with expanding properties

Attempting to fill ill-fitting assemblies with adhesive aren't always the best way to go about things. However, if you want to try then most moisture curing urethane adhesives offer what you're looking for. Gorilla Glue is one example that should be easy to find.

Best to keep an eye on your repaired assembly and clean off the expanding glue as it comes out, before it hardens. Much easier if you get it before it cures. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
