Hey all,
Going to jump into a few musky builds...get ready for next season. I've built a few on the MHX and Batson RX6 blanks. This time around I wanted to try out a few other brands I haven't used yet such as RODgeeks, St.Croix...ect. I know there are a number of them out there, just looking for any recommendations regarding blanks you have used int he bast and how you liked them. Looking at 8'6 and 9' rods. Thanks much, Re: Musky Blanks

Knowing what they'll be used for will help. Re: Musky Blanks

Sorry,
Looking for a rod for lighter glide baits, and also a XH for throwing big rubber Re: Musky Blanks

For big rubber, the Big Nasty and Big Dawg are hard to beat. The RodGeeks 8'6" XH is also a great choice.
For lighter glide baits you'll most likely want a shorter rod. The Downsizer would be a great choice or any MH in the RodGeeks lineup. Jeremy Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
