Sage Customer service?

I have need of a replacement tip from Sage - in a hurry. I have emailed and called them for the last three days. No one answers the phones and they have not replied to my email. Is this normal? Any suggestions? Re: Sage Customer service?

Follow up to original note. It took 4 days to get an initial reply via email. I mailed them requested ferrule on 8/10, Canadian post confirmed delivery on 8/18. Called Sage today (8/26) - after a ridiculous amount of time someone answered the phone and I was informed they are so far behind that they have only opened packages received prior to 8/12. I have once again lowered my expectations with regard to Sage service. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
