I have a St. Croix Imperial Rod Blank. I am no good at matching colors. To me it looks brown. Can anyone direct me to photos of these blanks with thread wraps visible? Winding some thread on and wetting it doesn't help me, I just can't match colors. I appreciate your help.
Thanks

I have a vareigated brown thread from Fish Hawk. What do you think?

Try pink. My buddy once wrapped a rod in pink and you would think it was burgundy.

I would call St. Croix they are very helpful. I am sure they will tell you the Factory colors they use.
