Loomis NRX Thread

I've got a guy who wants me to replace a couple broken guides on his G Loomis NRX rod. The thread is that light greenish/blueish color. What thread would match that?

Thanks in advance!

AC,
Find some colors that are close, wrap them on a blank, saturate with denatured alcohol and that will be the final color.

Look at the colors in the green and blue hues.

Good luck

it will also help to take the thread off a guide in as large a section as you can The true color is usually underneath the wrap Then try to match it with the threads you put on a scrap blank as roger has said

Do they use an NCP type thread on those rods?

Thanks - Marc

Keep it simple - that's all I can handle!

very possibly could be Blue Dunn. Have you tried to see if that matches?

My bad on this one. I thought it was for a St Croix and tried to delete my comments but I found out that it still went on the forum
