I doubt it.

The variables of diameters at the butt and tip ends, length of wraps, number of pattern repeats, and square, compressed or elongated spacings, single or multi axis layouts.. too much info for preprinted charts, it would go on for pages and pages.

In addition to Visual Wrap calculating the specifics of your intended wrap, there are also spreadsheets available that will do this. I don't know of one offhand, but they can be found with a search. Maybe someone else can provide a link.

It also can be calculated by hand - i'm guessing you don't want to do it by hand?

Frank and John,

I created a model in Excel that calculates spacing - for at two-axis (0 and 180 degree) pattern, based on the Clemens formula. Works perfectly for square patterns. It provides dimensions for top and bottom centers, and allows for wrap-off. All that's necessary is to measure the butt/mid/tip diameters and enter into the model. The centers are calculated. It also allows for English/metric. If interested, let me know, or maybe it could be posted somewhere for all to use. I also did a mapping/tracking matrix for the double out pattern - makes keeping track of where you are at all times, especially if you leave the process and come back later. All you have to do is put checkmarks in the matrix when you pull a particular thread.

These aids were created for a specific pattern, but like John says, the possibilities are endless.

R/Phil
