I've been dealing with Karen this week.
I agree that it is a bit slow. However, I also own my own mom-and-pop web store and I can tell you, the more customers I have, the more business I do, the more things I have in stock and can afford to have in stock. So if she has something you want that you can't get elsewhere, or you like her prices, or appreciate her service (ironically it's easier for me to get her on the phone), bear with her, help her business grow and it will just get easier and easier. Even though I might've been able to get it quicker through the manufacturer, I decided to wait it out and support her. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
