I've not used one, but for cutting done masking tape to 1/8" or narrower stripes come to mind for attaching guides to rod blanks. Re: Duel Cutter

If it's for cutting EVA into even thicknesses like it outlines in Clemens book - its' not supposed to be used to cut the EVA rings all teh way. Just start teh cut so you can see the line in teh EVA, and finish the cut with size D thread. IF you try to cut the ring with teh cutters you are not going to get good results. Also please use a tool rest. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
