Thats a great idea Bill. Or if you could somehow get rod finish all the way down there from the other end of the blank. Maybe be a suringe with a thin but long piece of tubing attatched to it? I Know I had a cork grip that I was fixing up for a guy that kept cracking in spots because there where alot of areas where the cork wasn't touching the blank. So I made up so very thin Flex coat and injected it into the voids. Sealed the holes that I made with some wood pudy. Sanded and added a few coats of thompsons and it was good to go. You may be better off sending it back and buy a better quality blank ???
Since you paid for a Working Blank you should not have to fix it Bill - willierods.com Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
