Observed numbers for the blank: ERN: 5.0, AA: 61, CCF: 78

Do you guys measure the CC data before and after the build? How much do they vary, if any?

The AA will remain the same. ERN will drop, albeit slightly and relative to how much weight your components added to the blank. Frequency will certainly drop and again, the more weight you added to the rod, particularly near the tip, the more it will drop.

Being new to the craft can someone explain to me the measurement on what they mean and how you obtain them?

The measurements come from the Common Cents Info. Look to the left column here, it is the second item under sponsors.
