Use Our New Premium Burl Cork Rings for Brighter, More Consistent Color

Some of you have already seen our new premium burl colors at the ICRBE in February. Just in case you haven't, it is a new material that has smaller piece of cork for brighter, more consistent color throughout the material without adding any additional weight. These rings actually weigh less than our standard burl cork rings and sand a little easier than standard burl as well.

For a weight comparison, I just compared 20 of our premium and 20 of our standard burl rings on our postal scale:
20 premium burl rings weighed 2.5 oz (0.125 oz per ring)
20 standard burl rings weighed 3.1 oz (0.155 0z per ring)

This new material is available in 1/2", 1/4", and 1/8" rings as well as 2 x 2 x 12" blocks and 2 x 1/2 x 12" and 2 x 1/4 x 12" strips.
The sky is the limit with the colors for these rings. We plan to add a darker red and a purple in the next few months.

Click the link below to be taken directly to the product page for these new rings.

I never would have believed it, but I weighed some blue rings tonight......and it's true.
