Need Your Help

I have a good friend who inadvertently tossed out an old metal tacklebox that had lots of sentimental value to his dad. The box was about 50 years old and the dimensions are 12-14" long, 4" tall and 6" wide. If anyone has one like this and is willing to part .with it, I would be more than happy to purchase it at a reasonable cost, as my friend is trying to replace it with something as close as possible.
Thank you
Karen

Found it. It's in need of paint but he can have it. It belonged to my wife as a kid and has been a catfish box (it's clean though) for me for the last few years. We are both ok with parting with it. I'll post pics here in a few and title them Karen.

Let me know if oyu want it.

Oh No Vic. you were up first. Actually the one I have is more 6"x6" x 22" maybe too big. plus i would have to empty all those oddball parts out of it. i should bring mine to the Round up and swap it out for some new parts.

Just giving you a hard time Gary.
Believe me when it comes to odd ball parts I have them in spades. It seems like every week someone is calling me about getting rid of some piece of Bronson rod and reel memorabilia. "Bring it over" I tell them. Maybe I will put together a grab bag and we can swap oddball rod parts. :-)
