need an ice blank

Ok, so last evenings project of making a couple of simple ice rods went terribly ary when I started to strip some of the old components... lets just say I need a recommendation for a new blank or three... nothing fancy as I don't know how much use it will get. It will be for jigging for panfish with light jigs and plastics and possibly some of the old Genz bugs.

Thanks,
Tom

Aside from the Thorne Brothers, MHX also look at Gary's Custom Rods out of Anoka, MN. He has some really nice solid Graphite longer but I have cut then down with great results. like 20.00 I think.

Thomas,
If you are in the Minneapolis area, stop by the house and pick up a blank or two.
I have quite a few blanks that I am not going to use, so would be happy to help.

Drop me an e-mail - hflier@comcast.net if you are in the area.

Be safe
Roger

MHX has the noodle rod. I just built one myself. Good for Pan Fish.

thank you for the very generous offering, unfortunatelly I won't be up in that neck of the woods till next hunting season. I appreciate all the suggestions as well. I will be putting in an order today for a couple.
