The hotel rooms in the Embassy Suites and Marriott, the two hotels located just across the street and connected to the convention center, are filling up fast. Room sales are ahead of last year so I suspect they'll sell out by the end of this month. There are other hotels, of course, but these are the two adjacent to the Expo exhibit hall facility. Visit www.icrbe.com and use the "lodging" link to book your rooms online and receive the automatic discount for all Expo attendees which both hotels are offering.

Also a reminder that the RodMaker Reception for subscribers will be held this year on Saturday night instead of Friday night, again in the Grand Ballroom of the Embassy Suites. This is an exceptional facility and no matter how good past Receptions have been, the one last year was head and shoulders above. This year will be no different.

Prepare to be blown away. Nothing else even remotely like this in the rod building universe.
