I just wanted to say I am very impressed with Mudhole and their customer service.
I had an issue with my order (sent wrong thread size) One phone call later new thread sent out (which arrived really quickly) and I got to keep the wrong sized one too!

Same here. I ordered a tip top that didn't fit the blank that was in the order. It was my fault too, I stuck my head where the sun don't shine and ordered the wrong size. One phone call and the right top was in the mail and I got to keep the wrong size top. I even offered to return it but was told it wasn't necessary. It wasn't a cheap one either. They know how to keep people coming back. Thank you Mudhole.

not a large builder, part time one , any tine I have had a problem , it was corrected very fast , with very little extra cost , if any, I do most of my busness with them because they treat me fairly

I had a particular shipping issue. They had me call Robin - the shipping supervisor and she took care of the issue right away. Great service.

I too, have had an exceptional experience with Mudhole. I ordered an ATC tip top with a size 5 tube. When it came it would not fit the blank...too small. I re-check the blank to make sure it was a size 5. I then contacted Mudhole and they shipped me another size 5 tip top. When it arrived it would not fit either! I contacted them again via e-mail explaining the problem. The next day I received an e-mail from a gentleman at Mudhole explaining he had gone through the entire size 5 tip top box received from ATC. He found the size 5 tubes varied from 4.3 to 5.4. He shipped me 3 tip tops, of varying size; which solved the problem. All of this was done in a little over one day and at no additional charge! They go out of their way to make sure the customers needs are satisfied!
