It works on my laptop with Windows 7 pro. Had no problems with install. And runs fine. Don't have Win 8.

The question sounds like my buddy saying' 'my car won't run'. I understand it can be frustrating but if you give more details about your install process and what messages you get then maybe someone can help. Also you can contact the developer. Contact info should be on the web site and on the packaging. Be sure to check out Don's link.

Hi,
Drop me an email and I can help out.
Every system is different, even if they have the same operating system installed.

I can log into systems remotely and make the required tweaks to get vizwrap running.
