Hi guys,
Does anyone has ever tried to use polyurethane glue to paste spigot or sleeve?
Could help its characteristics of elasticity and expansion ?

Thank you
Marco

I think the expansion would cause all kinds of issues. not the least of which is the clean up of the foam out

It has been tried before for this application, and generally speaking, it is far from the best glue to use for this application.

Be safe

Hi Marco,
I used it to glue some cork floor tile rings together and it worked for that. However the clean up was accomplished with a lathe! I have tried to twist a number of the grips in an attempt to get a break and it didn't happen using quite a lot of force so a good bond was obtained but as mentioned the cleanup from the foaming may cause an issue for other uses.

I would stick with a slow cure epoxy. That will give you enough time to make minor adjustments and an easy clean up.
