Possibly an old St Croix SCV legend elite blank. They use to be a flat green color.

Wes,
One of the wonders of old blanks, is that you get to name the blank yourself.

It makes 0 difference, who originally made the blank. if the blank works for you with respect to powew, action and weight, I would suggest tha you have a Wes blank.

Enjoy your new Wes blank and make a great rod from it.

Please just don't represent it as a st. Croix or any other name just to name it. Especially if selling. That move has given us a bad name over the years as well as being unethical. Not that you would just saying. You can't name it yourself with a manufacturer.

Bill,
X10,

Thus the reason for putting a non existent manufacturer on the rod - or some other clever saying on the rod.
