Hi, Does anybody know how to make Decals with water slide paper. I want to put names on a rod. I was using transfer type letters. They are a pain to put on. I cant find them anymore. Thanks Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 11/09/2013 02:17PM by Gary Dunkum. Re: Decals

Hi, Gary,
Raymond Adams has some info on decal application on his website [www.rodbuildingtutorials.com] "It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so." Mark Twain John in Wethersfield, CT Re: Decals

Gary - internet search can be your friend. The a search using "decals for fishing rods" When I did this I saw several suppliers and how-to's listed. Also search on rod building sites for decal making topics and posts. There are some additional information to consider. Re: Decals

Last time I got dry transfer lettering I had to order it from Letraset in England. Re: Decals

Decal Connection (left side) is a sponsor and they do a great job at a fair price. They are also very quick in getting them out to you. Chester May your line be tight and your beverages be cold! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
