Crosswrap thread transition

I am never quite satisfied with my thread transitions at the tip and but ends of crosswraps. Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

You need to feather cut the crosswrap thread. Don't cut it straight across at 90 degrees to the blank. You will be basically shaving the thread at either end of the wrap to get a smooth transition.

I'm glad that this info helped you guys out. Practice is great...as long as you are practicing the right way to do it in teh first place, lmao. TOo many of us practice and become proficient at doing things incorrectly, lol.
