Thanks to Mike Pederson for fantastic service.
I called to place an an order Tuesday after hours hoping I would catch some one still in the office. No one was there and I never left a message as I was going to call 1st thing Weds. morning. Mike called me back a little later (Thanks to caller ID) , and I placed a small order. I recieved the package today, Thursday afternoon. That is less than 48 hours service. I placed another order on Monday with another company and it still has not arrived. Thanks again Mike. Bill Ohio Rod Builders Canton, Ohio Re: Riley Rods

Mike and Vikki are great to deal with.
super friendly and very professional. I've been ordering from them for a few years now. I'll be placing another order with them soon. Re: Riley Rods

+ 2, but I have to admit that I've gotten superb service from a number of retailers of rodbuilding materials. We are very fortunate to have the supplier base that we do. Most are top quality, very responsive people. Makes it hard to choose when ordering stuff that most have. Just think about how challenging it must be to have to stock so many options, and if the winds of favor shift from this product to that, much of your stock is obsolete and only sellable at a deep discount. You're right about having top service. I like to patronize only one to maintain that strong relationship and I've told them this. They will bend over backwards to help me. I've even requested items that they didn't stock and they got them in and sent them on. Shopping only one supplier helps reduce our cost for shipping supplies. I get personal attention with every order requesting that the tip top and winding checks fit to my specifications. Chester May your line be tight and your beverages be cold!
