I would contact the guy that worked on it and ask him if he might have done something. Re: <<<<< Need SOME ADVICE HERE about PDF format >>>>>

You may not have a pdf reader installed or the default may not be set.
Not knowing what your operating system is or being vwery knowdgeable in this area, here's a start on checking your default pdf reader: [www.google.com] Don Becker Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 06/05/2013 06:03PM by Donald Becker. Re: <<<<< Need SOME ADVICE HERE about PDF format >>>>>

Don,
Check to see if Adobe Reader is still installed. It's a shareware with no license fee. If you have Adobe and you are running windows open the default program listing on your start button. Scroll down to .pdf and select Click change and select the Adobe document reader to open. This should allow double click to open document. Your web browser and email may also need to be informed of how to open these documents. Re: <<<<< Need SOME ADVICE HERE about PDF format >>>>>

x10 on Eugene's comments.
Follow his instructions and you will be back in the saddle - so to speak reading .pdf files. Roger Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
