Cloudy film on finish?

I've mixed a couple of batches of ProKote finish recently that have cured just fine but after a couple of days develop a very slight cloudy film on the surface. The finish is not at all tacky or soft. It disappears completely with a subsequent coat. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

There is the possibility of it being an amine blush, which can occur with just the right amount of CO2 and humidity. Neither of the two, by themselves, will cause it nor does affect the set or cure of the epoxy. Setting the rod in a warm place for a few days generally gets rid of it.

Wow! Amine blush?! My shop is in my basement, cool and maybe a little damp. And I'm sure that my 340 lb. carcass puts out pleanty of CO2!
