Bill, you can buy bulletin board type cork at several stores. I've seen it up to 1/4" thick. Might be another option. _________________________________________ "Angling is extremely time consuming. That's sort of the whole point." - Thomas McGuane Re: Yoga Blocks

I tried them and don't like them even a little bit. When they're reduced to grip size and bored out they are to soft for my liking. Softer and more flexible than EVA.

Cork floor tiling is nice and firm. Makes a fairly tight grained, rock hard grip. It also looks stunning with 2 coats of Tru-Oil. I get the 1/4 inch stuff. Re: Yoga Blocks

Bill,
Get some Yoga blocks and take them to a friend's house who has a band saw and have him cut the blocks up into working sized blocks. If you were closer, I would be happy to do it for you. Roger Re: Yoga Blocks

yoga blocks is made with low quality cork and the density is to low, i think after to try to do a disc this disc isn't beauty and perfect, because this blocks are made with diferent resins and low consistense cork. Joaquim Loureiro cork4us.com Re: Yoga Blocks
