LTB Cobalt Blue blanks

Hey all,

I am in the process of ordering a couple St Croix LTB blanks. As most of you know the color on these blanks is called "cobalt blue". What are some good color threads or color combos to wrap these rods in? If any of yall have built on these blanks I would appreciate some suggestions. Pictures or eye candy are welcome :-)

i havent built on them but thinking of a bright yellow,candy apple red, white, or bright pink come to mind and would "pop"

I did one once with Gudebrod Sunburst with CP to match a Daiwa Sol spinning reel. Painted the blank white under the wraps so the color would stay more true.
