Lamiglas XP Bass

Has anyone tried one of these blanks? Particularly the PRO 873 as listed on their site. They say they are new for 2013. The avg wt shows 1.9 oz and I find this very low for a 7'3" blank. Diameters from tip to butt look to be smaller than normal and I was wondering how it might fit the task. Weight is a real issue on this build and I want to start as low as I can. Customer wants to flip tubes for largemouth in moderate cover with 8-17 lb. line and a max wt of 3/4 oz. Fast action of course. So far, as listings go, this is the lightest 7'3" blank I've found with the MHX being a close 2nd at 2.1 oz.

I don't know about the 873 specifically, I can tell you the two PRO 842's and one PRO 844 I have are right on with printed weights, diameters, etc..
