Send Joaquim an email, letting him know what you want.

It's best if you use the numbers from the website as there are a lot of choices for diameters, widths and hole/no hole options. Many different grades available.

When your order is ready, you pay via paypal.

karen at Bingham carries their stuff. not sure if you order direct if you will have customs claims

No problem with customs on this. I order from them fairly often. $250 Euro to get free shipping or about $335 US, depending on exchange rate. It's best if you have Joaquim e mail you a price list, and as mentioned above, use their numbers. He is a great guy to work with.
