I would like to use a #25 Fuji k tangle free as the stripper guide with a 41.5mm spool . Does this sound ok or will I need a #30? Re: guides

41.5mm divide by two equals 20.75mm ... therefore you could actually get by with a 20mm guide IF the height were sufficient. Re: guides

The 30k is one huge guide. If you are using line up to 12lb I would go with the 20. I have a 30 laying around with no home cause it is so big. Re: guides
