Sorry to bother you guys again but Im going to start 3rd rod soon and want to know if madeira, sandstone, chestnut, caramel brown and black is
good choice for optic chevron? The colors really dont matter but want to make the 3d effect really pop. I chose these colors because I think they will go with my wooden realseat. Also can I use madeira for guide wraps. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 12/18/2012 11:38PM by Paul Luechtefeld. I would think those colors are to close to each other if you know what I mean, to make it really pop, but I would write Billy V, they say he's the man to talk to about the colors, contasting to make it pop, hope you find that pop in your threads, took me a couple of times to find out colors that i wanted to make it pop out. Hvae a good one. Re: thread color choice

I have still yet to use madeira on guide wraps, but many have used it with great resuts, Mr Col Chaseling in particular who i'm sure will chime in if he sees this post and tell you more. Jersey, Channel Islands. (U.K.) Re: thread color choice
