I know this is about rod building and apologize for the off topic query. however, have seen an occasional one and hope it is OK to post. If not, please feel free to delete my query.
Quick question. Is there a source for really tiny fly reel that weigh under 2 oz? I'll really just load up with about 20 feet of 15 lbs fluorocarbon so I do mean really tiny is fine. Currently in the orient and saw a beautiful relatively small fly reel at under 2.3 oz but wondering if there are smaller. Even that reel is overkill for my purposes. (Not for fly fishing.) Thanks, Mo Re: OT: Lightest micro/small fly reel?
