This going to sound dumb, but I've never had a clear answer to this question. There's a big foot and a small foot on a stripping guide. Which end points toward the tip, and does it matter? Re: Dumb Question

I put the two brackets that hold the ring toward the seat or butt It is said the brackets help the line from hanging up on the guide
Fuji also makes and others guides that are tangle free No question is dumb Bill - willierods.com Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 09/29/2012 11:21AM by bill boettcher. Re: Dumb Question

Thanks, Bill. That's the way I've placed them on my present project. I don't recall ever reading about it and I've been looking. Re: Dumb Question

somepeople might install it with the double legs to teh tip so the line doesn't hit the frame. The Low Rider guides are designed to be installed this way. Howmuch of a difference it makes - it'slik eeverything else, probably not much Re: Dumb Question

Bruce,
There is no such thing as a dumb question. All that there is -- is an individual with a lack of knowledge. Take care Roger Re: Dumb Question

Our IT guy tells us all the time "There are no dumb questions, just dumb people!".
I hope he's not correct. I've been trying to hide my lack of knowledge for many years now. Todd Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
