KUDO's to Swampland

I have two rod blanks that I purchased several years ago. Decided it was time to build myself new rods. Got handles, reelseat, and foregrips glued on and then realized that I was missing a couple guides and had the wrong tip top for one of the blanks. The guides that I had bought were something new that I wanted to try - so I didn't have any spares. I called Lance on Friday afternoon - he was in his vehicle an hour and a half from home, took my order, somehow had the oddball guides and tip top, and mailed them out to me the same day. I got them that Monday. Great service and a big thank you, Lance.

I had a similar experience about a week ago with a product that was sold out everywhere. I called Lance and he had my item shipped out the same day and I had it in hand the following day. I will def. be a returning customer as well. Thanks Lance.

Like a creature of habit, I've been ordering from the same place over and over, but I'll tell ya what, I hit Lance up for some guides and he was spot on, quick, and super helpful. I will be changing habits and calling Lance first from now on.
