Is using sandpaper the best way to shape or lessen the outside diameter of eva grips? Re: eva grips

It'll work fine. Don't go too coarse if you only need to remove a little, or the resulting cuts will be too deep to get out with finer grits without reducing the diameter perhaps more than you'd like.
Drywall sanding screen is a great all way to do the same job. Use 80 grit for quick reduction, followed by 150 grit to smooth everything out. .............. Re: eva grips
