Xylene works even better.
Xylene is the defacto standard for a solvent for Epoxy.

Swipe a little fingernail polish remover from somebody. It stinks but will work until you can get to the store

After soaking and wiping the brushes for like a couple of times they worked out fine, I finally went to the store and got some alcohol, Thanks!

It totally depends on the finish that you are using. Paint thinner will work for varnish, either Ketone or Acetone, or laquer thinner for epoxy, Trondak brush cleaner for any of the finishes. Alcohol is a poor choice. Randy

X10 on Randy's comments.
Many other materials are much better to clean brushes laden with finish than alcohol.

Roger ,
Does xylene remove completely cured epoxy? I got a little on a winding check and it's driving me crazy to look at it.

Sorry for thread jacking Lorenzo.

Gentle heat and a thumbnail will pop the cured stuff off.
