Billy Vivona says he uses brushes for many years,Is he leaving them in the rush cleaner between uses? Doesn't this thin the epoxy? Gene Re: Epoxy Finish

No, when you withdraw it from the brush cleaner (U-40 Trondak) you just squeegee it with a paper towel. That removes about all of it. You won't notice any change in the viscosity of your epoxy.

Just got out of the cave after puting on my first coat of epoxy.Have modified a few things thanks to all the suggestions i
received. It is so hard to pull yourself away you just want to have one more fiddle with the brush.Anyways will sneak up later and see how all goes but brushes are cleaned and put away. Ray Balmforth Figtree NSW Australia Re: Epoxy Finish

Ray,
The folks that leave brushes in brush cleaner, take the brushes out of the brush cleaner, DRY the brush on a paper towel and go to work applying finish. Roger Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
