have a guy that want one but dont know who make blank or where i can get some!!!!

Are you refering to the "Bushido" "Warrior rod blanks" by American Tackle?

If so they are sold by MudHole and I would guess anyone who sells Amtac stuff.

If it's not them I have no idea. (Smart as a conch ya know).

I have built 3 batson jigging rods RCKJB600 -112 and RCKJB600-150. great rods. the guys love them

There are a ton of small diameter, high power jigging rods now. Jigging Master is most likely the brand that you are looking for. The others listed are good blanks as well. CTS has some VERY small diameter blanks; 5'6" 80-100# line rated is under 4oz for the blank weight.
