Is Dan Craft still in business, he doesn't respond

I sent Dan a rod on March 15th that I built for a customer that needs a new tip piece. He has not responded to 3 followup emails and I'm getting spooked that he went out of business. This was my customer's favorite rod and heis not happy.

Anyone have any luck reaching him lately?

I don't know if they are still in business or not. I do know that if I had an unhappy customer, I would pick up the phone and call them. But this is just me. When I place an order, or send a rod back, I always call.

I talked with him about 10 days ago. He is still in business. Pick up the phone and call him!

He is in business.

I just spoke with him yesterday.

His email service @#$%& and I often have to call him and ask him why he did not reply to an email.

I agree with Phil - pick up the phone.
