I would test glue a couple scraps with contact cement and another pair with Titebond III to see how it works. Two part epoxy will certainly bond them together but I see a big mess trying to stack them on a mandrill to allign them then removing the mandrill. I see another possible problem with the epoxy and titebond. The liquid will seep into the EVA and cure hard possibly causing problems with final shaping.

Titebond won't work. You will have to use 2-part epoxy. As the cork will make the assembly most rigid, you are not worried about keeping the joint between the cork and EVA flexible, thus no need for contact cement as you would use on an all EVA grip.

I have used regular rodbuilders two part epoxy to glue thin eva foam with cork and it worked fine for me, too.
