I was going over the contracts for the two host hotels (Marriot & Embassy Suites) for the upcoming Expo next February. One of the things I noticed is that they are including a full "cooked to order" breakfast as part of the special room rates offered to Expo attendees.
More information later next week on the hotels and room rates. These are both exceptional hotels, both top of the class of their respective companies. Please do not attempt to book rooms this early, however, as the special rates and fulfillment policies will not be in place for a few weeks yet. Sometime next week the RodMaker blog will have full details on accommodations and pricing. Thanks. ................ Re: Expo Hotel Perks

Most Embassy Suite hotels not only have a GREAT "cooked to order" breakfast in the morning but also a free cocktail hour in the evenings (drinks and appetizers). Of course, they might have to reverse policy when they see the crowd that shows up hungry ... LOL. Re: Expo Hotel Perks

The dates are tentative - this is one reason I have asked folks not to make their hotel room reservations just yet.

They wouldn't notice 40+ people in any of their several lobbies and bars.
