Acclaimed wood turner and wood turning instructor Morris Schlesinger will be presenting a "hands-on" wood turning seminar on May 5th, 2013, at the RodMaker Magazine office and shop here in High Point. We're going to get underway about 9:30 AM and continue until about 3:30 or 4 PM. Lunch will be provided.

In order to get the most out of Morris's instruction and allow for a good amount of personal instruction, we are keeping the class size small. However, due to a couple of cancellations this week I can take two more. Maybe three. The cost for the seminar is just $35. Email to rodmaker@earthlink.net for specifics.

Same here.

Tom,
Not sure if this is feasible, and if Morris S. is willing.

It would be nice to do something similair during the Expo. Maybe a day, 1/2 day, 2hrs, early or after, or even during the show.
I would be willing to pay him $35 or a bit more to get instruction.
Since I am already at the show it would be easier to stay an extra day or come in early just for the instruction instead of making two trips down.

Right now I'm tearing up a lot of wood (scraps) trying to make that perfect insert! Learning a lot, but I got a lot of questions too.

Just a suggestion.

thank you.

larry
