What is the best way to round off the edges of cut eva grips and the best way to ream out the hole in the grip? Re: eva grips

Ream out: flex coat bits
Rounding edges: rough sandpaper and move to finer paper as you get close to your shape. If you have a lot of material to remove, a Sur-Foam file will help get you close faster. DR Re: eva grips

And just to be different.....I like drywall sanding screens much better. I do finish off with wet/dry sand paper and like to wet sand. Buff with an old piece of denim for the final polish. Messy work best done outside. Russ in Hollywood, FL. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
