There are many many excellent craftsmen in the field of rod building.
So, I thought you might enjoy this video of the wonderful craftsmanship from another field. There have been some recent posts about Lathes. Here is a perfect example of what can be done with an excellent lathe in the hands of an excellent craftsman. Enjoy [www.wimp.com] Roger Re: Super craftsmanship!!

I agree with you Fred and Billy. But I am like Lance on this one. Wish there was a way to block. Re: Super craftsmanship!!

I agree, if anyone has done any machine work you would be in awe of this mans skill. I understand it's not rod related but it's pretty amazing, nothing like an anal person watching an anal person and being amazed! Re: Super craftsmanship!!

Bob,
One of the most remarkable things about this project is that it runs and runs very well. Quite a feat of craftsmanship and patience. Take care Roger Re: Super craftsmanship!!

Not rod related, but I used to build things that required machine shop skills plus I rebuilt engines so I could relate. It "runs" on compressed air, there is no combustion. Re: Super craftsmanship!!

At home and at work I am bombarded by SPAM, CCs, hyperlinks to things I don't care about and forwards. To have that happen here is just depressing. That's all I'm saying. Posts made here should be related to rodbuilding or fishing IMHO. Here's where this has gone.. I will never click on a link you post because I was duped the last two times. Is that the legacy you want? Chuck _________________________________________ "Angling is extremely time consuming. That's sort of the whole point." - Thomas McGuane Re: Super craftsmanship!!
