I have a customer that broought in a "tidemaster / TS70MM" rod. Reportedly he had it in a rod holder and fell against it and broke it in half just below the bottom of the reel seat. I know how to fix this, but my question is: Does St Croix have any kind of replacement warenty? It would give him a new rod.
Thanks, Jeff Davis Re: St Croix warenty Question?

Jeff,
Probably the best bet would be to contact Mr. Jeff Little at St Croix and pose the question directly to him. His email is jeffl@stcroixrods.com. SC is very customer oriented so if there's a chance the rod is under warranty I'm sure Mr. Little will take care of you. Clyde Re: St Croix warenty Question?

Thanks guys,
I'll email them and find out. I have to contact the customer and find out how old the rod is. Thanks again, Jeff Davis Re: St Croix warenty Question?

IIRC the serial number tells when it was made. First letter is year with A=2001, B=2002, etc and second letter is month with A=Jan, B=Feb, etc.
You can see all the details of the web site. Russ in Hollywood, FL. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
