Great Basin Fishing Rods has just arrived at the Hotel, lookin forward to meeting all the old and new Master Rod builders
After a 5 hour drive from Augusta, Georgia where our RV is parked. Been Bassin down there on Clarks Hill Lake...
It's gonna be a grand weekend boys and girls, we're in the toy box!

Try paying for return flights from Australia!!! Not much change out of $10,000. If I lived anywhere in the States I'd be there. I'll just have to remain jealous and keep saving.

Got back from the RodMaker reception and was so excited can't even sleep.

So decided to be productive, epoxied two rods and have them in the drier.

The reception was fun. Afterward, we sat in the hotel lobby with an impromptu group of about 25 rod builders talking. Most of the group were NERBS, a fun group.

David, glad oyu were part of the NERBs hotel lobby takeover 2012. We spent a lot of time in that lobby, that was a lot of fun. The show outside of teh show!!
