The Fishsticks crew arrived in High Point this morning around 10 am and started setting up shop. We have moved to a new location this year that we are really pleased with: just inside the Convention Center, turn right and we are on the right. Kevin Knox' Angler's Envy is located just inside the Convention Center door with killer spiral wrapped rods, and of course Karen's favorite - abalone. ("because it's like jewelry" - go figure). Roddancer Wholesale Rodbuilding supplies is beside Kevin and Robbie Smith will join us tomorrow to staff that booth. (ask Robbie about samples of Threadmaster One, Roddancer's newest product) Fishsticks will be staffed by us along with Kevin Knox's friends and rod show veterans, Jess Brindisi and Craig Freeman. Our friend J.P. Timberlake is down the way with wood grips and acryliic reel seats (pure art). FYI: We have blue barrel blanks again this year ( two barrels ) and an additional barrel of blanks that are priced as marked. We also have our entire stock of Batson Blanks with us, so come take a look. New this year: The Fishsticks "Get It Outta Here" Outlet, with deeply discounted Gudebrod thread, black reel seats, painted reel seats, etc. Coolest thing ever - the NERBS including Billy Vivona are right across the aisle - don't miss the NERB Demos! You shouldmake a point to look at Fishhawk Thread at "Get Bit" a very nice new vendor located just on the other side of the wall from the NERBS booth. See you Saturday/Sunday at the show! (Everyone is relaxing standing around talking about fishing......you should be here.....)
