Does anyone make these? Tried searching the net, and haven't found anything. I have seen gimbals in this color, but no luck on the reel seats!

I've looked for "illusion" coated aluminum spinning reel seats and/or fly reel seats to no avail. I couldn't even find anyone who could do the coating on a very limited production run affordably if I supplied the parts.

So far, the American Tackle graphite seats are the closest thing I've found that can be had for a reasonable price.

Yeah, graphite seats will not work for the application I'm looking for. Was looking aluminum machined ones...What a bummer, as I had a great idea on a theme!

you could try Krylon X - Metals spray paint its clear color paint looks good on aluminum , I've used it on reel seat hoods with good results, although I recomend a clear top coat for a long lasting finish . Larry
