Had to nuke some epoxy resin this afternoon. It was almost hard as a rock. Softened up nicely. My question is, how many times can you heat the resin before something eventually changes or happens to it? Any idea? Re: Nuking Expoy

Unless you are keep it in the Freezer or your place is at freezing temps
I see not reason to keep nuking it If it is not - thin - enough use the light finish Bill - willierods.com Re: Nuking Expoy

You can heat and reheat it as often as needed. You won't hurt or change it, even if you do this many, many times.

I have to heat mine every time I use it.
Living in the arctic has some challenges. My home is kept in the lower 60's temp wise and my epoxy (even lite build) gets pretty thick. I give it a few seconds in the micro to warm up and flow better. And as Tom says reheat as often as you want, no problem. ;) Regards Dave Fishing is Life the rest is just Details Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
