I have a client who wants a factory rod adapted with a removable handle extention. Basicly, he wants an switch rod type extension.

I can't take the job so I'm hoping to find someone {preferably local to Carson City, NV} who I can refer this client to.

raymond, just make it like a removable fighting butt just longer. i have made some fly/spin combos this way

I normally could do the job but I'm out of town doing my "day job" away from my shop and my dad will be busy with mom in hospitol.

NEED to refer the client to another qualified fly-rod builder.

Ray, I'm in the Bay Area and could do the adaption if not to far away. I've built a number of Switch rods.

The client will ship the rod to the builder if he needs to so I will keep you in mind. If I can find a builder in the Reno, Carson City area though that would be
the best for the client and the builder.

Forgot to mention client is looking for a 30day turn around if possible.
