I just got done epoxying my trim wraps on the butt of my rod Sand it is dry to the touch, So when I looked I noticed there was some epoxy spots on the Hyplon, I don't have no idea how they got there, is there anyway I could remove this epoxy from the hypalon?

If the epoxy has already dried hard it will be tough. Very carefully slide a single edge razor blade under the epoxy and shave it from the grip surface. This may leave a little depression but not much. Then sand the entire grip a little until the depression is no longer there.

Try using a scotch pad abrasive to remove the epoxy. They are sold in different abrasions in Home Depot. These pads have multiple uses such as cleaning cork grips and removing scuff marks on boats.

Too late but next time mask off the hypalon before you epoxy Then right after take the tape off When it sets the tape makes a ruff edge Better when soft
