Stripper guides and thread

Fairly new to rod building and having difficulty locating some components. In particular, I am trying to find an agate stripper with a black frame, and, sources f variegated thread. I have done a Google search for the stripper without luck. Also, I have looked at the Fish Hawk thread offerring but would like to compare with other potential options. This build will use a Sage Z-axis 8'6" 4-piece blank. It will have a cigar grip and a black down-locking reel seat. Any suggestions on sources for the stripper and thread would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Ray

Hard to find black frames but you can come close by using a Birchwood Casey product called brass black. It works quite well on nickel silver, it won't be black satin but more of a gun barrel dark color.

Thanks to all for the suggestions. It looks like I will get some experience with Brass Black.
